At The Romiche, nothing matters more than your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If you change your mind or aren’t entirely happy with a product, simply return it in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging within this timeframe. We’ll issue a full refund promptly.

For your convenience, returns are easy! Contact our customer service team by phone or email with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the return process and help you get your refund swiftly. Please note, that return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Due to hygiene concerns, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable, nor are personalized items (unless flawed upon receipt). We strongly recommend checking all product descriptions and sizing information for the perfect fit before ordering.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by your financial institution. In the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
