The Colorado Buffaloes lost a thrilling game 31–28 against No. 18 Kansas State, but they showed incredible resiliency and tenacity.  Despite losing to a highly regarded opponent and persevering through numerous injuries, Coach Prime’s team made an enduring impression by displaying their unwavering perseverance and fighting spirit.

From the beginning, there was back-and-forth action in the game as both teams traded blows. Shedeur Sanders, the quarterback for Colorado, led his attack, which had moments of brilliance but was severely hindered by crucial injuries.  Travis Hunter, a standout two-way player, left the game early in the second half due to a shoulder injury, which left a hole in defense and offense.  Jimmy Horn Jr., a wide receiver, has injuries.
